Paid-To-Promote... what?

Found a new website where you're apparently paid to ... promote the website itself?

It says, as you can see, "Paid To Promote Any Website". That's where I'm confused. I copied the html stuff (which is what you see above), but it seems to be only self-promotion. Where does the "any" part come in? Will that be later?

There's another version of it. Not sure how it works. If indeed it is basically self promotion, I don't see how that's self-sustainable. But hey, if it's free, and we'll get tons of money for signing others up... sure! Why not!
