NeoBux Problem: Proxy Shield??

I was reading the forums and saw the my NeoBux balance had gone up. I wanted to see the details of it, so I clicked on my username and opened it in a new tab.

What I got was this: 

I then tried to access NeoBux by going to www.neobux.com. . Same thing. I'm not using a proxy, so why is this happening? I can't see anything to do with NeoBux on the NeoBux site right now.
